If that doesn't work, the only other solution I know of is to restart the game. That's only my experience though, so I'd wait to see if somebody else has a better solution. I fixed it, you have to press m go to quests and click on the Wrath one. Thank you!

Always a 1 shot kill if you did it right. Fire weapon is a great way to get em. I know that sometime, they can keep firing abit (fire arrow get em quick) but once they start trashing around, they are done. Like wize, armor piercing rounds alway helps. And shooting the helmet can take it off for a eazy head-shot.
