Don’t forget, if you’re using local taxis rather than a ride-hailing service such as Uber, you’ll need to agree on the fare before your journey. Suggested tip: 50 Euros taxi bill = 5 Euros tip for a longer journey. 7.50 Euros taxi bill = 0.50 Euros tip for a short journey . Hopping on a cab from the airport in Paris?
For airport run I would give no more then 5 euros.. taxi will cost between 45-55 euros normally give or take .. Paris, Loire Valley. Taxi G7 now advertises that all of their 5,000 to 7,000 taxis accept credit cards. Most of all taxis will accept credit cards but you might run into difficulties if you do not have a pin and chip card.
If you're in a queue for a taxi, you can always wait for one that does take cards. AFAIK buses take cash or tickets. Metros you need tickets, but you can buy those with a card. If you don't have chip+pin, you'll need to go to a manned ticket window. 2. Taxi rates are metered and standardized. Taxis can use bus lanes to get through heavy traffic - Uber can't. A taxi hailed on the street or at a taxi stand charges the metered rate, but there is a €4 charge for calling a taxi and €7 for prebooking/reserving. Official taxis charge a flat rate to and from the airport - €50 & €55 to/from

Answer 1 of 4: We are arriving from Eurostar (from London). We need to take taxi from the train station to hotel. I wonder if all taxies take credit card? Or else do we need to get some cash from ATM at train station?

Taxis which accept credit cards are not are rare as some might have us think: all of the Taxi G7 taxis accept credit cards as do all of the Taxis Bleus.
