Community User. Mar 16, 2022 1:59 AM in response to A-CA2022. Open the Apple Health app,tap on browse,then tap on activity,then tap on workouts,scroll to the bottom and tap show all data. Swipe left on the workout you want to delete and tap “Delete.”. The workout will be deleted, and the changes will sync back to your Apple Watch.

Tap on “History” at the bottom of the screen. 3. Tap on the “Edit” button in the top right corner. 4. Select the activities you’d like to delete, then tap on the “Delete” button. 5.
